More than the godhead of surf forecasting, the father of Surfline, the master of swell data… Sean Collins was a surfer. As pure and obsessed as any surfer who ever lived — only less selfish. Most of what the man did throughout his storied career was intended to benefit others: family and friends, surfers and scientists, pupils and proteges… Today, a chosen few carry on his legacy and his life’s work every day, everywhere.
